Where You At?

One frustrating aspect for many survivors about traditional therapy stems from talking about the assault or abuse session after session with no concern for the current life issues. In other words, my sexual abuse is not my total identity. It's only part of my life narrative, however, it affects many aspects of my life that don't get address in the session.

The purpose of this section is to share insights and maybe some strategies as we consider life challenges and some common areas affected. You will find issues that I've coached over and over how the unwanted sexual abuse affected : wealth, health, emotions, relationships and enjoyment of life. So, I simply decided to begin crafting short informative videos. This makes it easier. I don't have to continually repeat the same thing and gives clients access when needed. As I continue to coach and hold in-person retreats, workshops and online support groups, most subjects are continually being introduced. If this site grows and the interest continues, then I'll add more.
